Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you another email with tracking information.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country. Please check with your country’s customs office for details.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate. However, we are not responsible for delays due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • Missing Packages: If you believe your package was lost, please contact us within 10 business days from the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the damage within 7 days of receipt. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or a refund.
